“Seek” comes from the first letters of Sarah and our three kids names, because family is important to us.
“Arete” (say it: Air-eh-tay) is Greek for excellence.

Our Journey
High School Sweethearts turned soulmates
We met in high school, married young, and jumped straight into life. Dustin served nine years in the Marine Corps, including two deployments. Sarah kept our family strong through moves from Tennessee to Florida, South Carolina, Arizona, and finally Connecticut.
After the Marine Corps, we spent nine years in ministry. Now, Sarah is an elementary teacher and Dustin works with high school students while building the business. Throughout our journey we discovered some things we carry into hospitality:
